Only generated answers count. Answers taken from your FAQ, pointers to your contact page and questions your site can't answer never do.

What counts as an answer?
An answer Claude writes from your pages for a visitor's own question. A question that matches a FAQ entry, a pointer and a question with no answer don't count.
What happens when I use them all?
Your FAQ keeps showing. New questions are pointed to your contact page until the 1st, and you get an email at 80% and at 100%. Nothing is charged on top.
Do team members cost extra?
No. Every plan has unlimited team members, and each can open every site on the account.
What about my Shopify store?
It works the same. When your account has a store installed from the Shopify App Store, the plan is charged on your Shopify bill instead.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Every paid plan can be paid for a year at a time, for the price of ten months. The answers still reset on the 1st of every month.
Can I change or cancel?
Any time. Switching plans, or between monthly and yearly, credits the unused part of what you paid, and a cancelled plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
